Contacted web tech support and got a quick response. Pressing the Fn and NumLk keys simultaneously solved problem. Wish they had put that info in their installation guide.
Attractive, small keyboard with great tactile feel and useful hotkeys. Appears to be a well made keyboard. I also like their KeyMaestro software
Didn't work with my Vista-64 computer, but worked fine with XP. Returned incorrect characters with numerous keys on the right side of the keyboard. I also installed BTC's Vista-64 driver from their website but got identical operation
Consumer review (newegg.com)
I liked the keyboard enough that I bought three of them. I have a tech support request into BTC and am hoping for a positive outcome. We'll see.
Attractive, small keyboard with great tactile feel and useful hotkeys. Appears to be a well made keyboard. The box says "Certified for Windows Vista
Doesn't work with my two Vista-64 computers, but works fine with XP. I've tried two different 6100C keyboards and they both return the same incorrect characters with numerous keys on the right side of the keyboard. I also installed BTC's Vista-64...

I have been looking for a keyboard exactly like a laptop keyboard for a long time and have finally found one.
Feels exactly like a laptop keyboard ; Very small ; Extremely low price for such an excellent keyboard ; Newegg has great service and fast shipping
Backspace key seems a little small because I hit =/+ a lot of the time I try to hit backspace ; Sleep key in top left is very big so when I try to hit escape (which is a little lower on this keyboard than on a normal keyboard) I will sometimes hit the...

My dad complained to me that his keyboard tray was too tiny for a standard keyboard (with numpad) and mouse. He had to turn his mouse pad sideways. After a bit of research, I bought this as a replacement. He has been using it for a few weeks now and it...

Needed for a music studio to place on top of an 88-key piano keyboard. Fits perfectly.
Small, great scissor-key laptop feel, HID buttons, silver looks fine and isn't too shiny or sparkly
If you don't like the laptop feel, you won't like this one. Delete key is in the wrong spot but I suppose this can be remapped
Consumer review (newegg.com)
This is my second purchase. The first board became a victim of a slight margarita spill (darn it), and even though I was able to remove the affected keys to clean them, they were never the same. I liked the keyboard enough to get the same one again....
Small footprint, slim profile, low travel keys, led's to indicate Caps Lock, etc., high quality appearance, and reasonable price
The 'Delete' key is in an odd spot, and I still haven't gotten used to it yet. The key movement is generally good, but not up to the slickness of a laptop keyboard. Occationally I feel some binding in the keystroke, usually caused by an off-center strike
Consumer review (newegg.com)
Exactly like a laptop keyboard, does not take up much space, the keys press down so smoothly, everything I have ever needed in a keyboard
none, this keyboard rocks

A note: volume control buttons work out-of-the-box on Ubuntu 8.4
Good feeling of most of the keys ; Large buttons: it's a short keyboard, but the buttons are definitely full size ; Nice look, brushed aluminum casing and black keys ; I've had no problems touch-typing right out-of-the-box
Had problems with the 'x' key. Occasionally, it will pop out, and I'll have to press it back inside. '1' button has a weird feeling compared to the rest of the keyboard, so I'm a bit apprehensive every time I press it. So, Q&A could've been better ;...

This is the only keyboard I have ever bought two of. I liked it so much, I wanted a second one for my office. If BTC made an ergonomic (curved, not split) version of this keyboard, I would try it out.
Key action feels nice - the scissor architecture really makes a difference. The keys themselves feel nice - they have a good bevel to them. I like the small form factor which doesn't require you to reach as far to use the mouse. This (n my experience)...
The delete key is in a different spot than on my laptop keyboard. Sometimes the multimedia keys are difficult to push because they are slightly inset. On the other hand, the sleep key is a little too large and easy to press. Sometimes I suspend my...
