Cost Effective Way to Move to USB-based Keyboard

Excellent value is a very readable keyboard. I believe the comments on how the various keys respond to varying pressure. I think I'm using the bacspace a lot less.

I agree with previous reviewers that the slope on this keyboard could be better, but otherwise I'm shocked to get such a value at under $8 plus shipping. It is much more readable than the black keyboard I replaced. It worked fine with the network...

I have no idea how to access the POWER, SLEEP and WAKE keys and there is no documentation in the OEM box. I quickly adapted to the key feel, but think I prefer the Dell upgraded keyboards (except for the black-on-black keycaps)

Does not work with a USB/CAT5 Extender

Low price

Does not work with a USB/CAT5 Extender (unless the keyboard is unplugged and plugged back in after each Startup) ; I tried to use this keyboard with a USB to CAT5 extender. These extenders will allow a keyboard to more than the 15 feet than USB permits...

Good, solid keyboard.

I remapped this keyboard into a (standard) Dvorak layout, and it's the best QWERTY --> Dvorak keyboard I've ever used. Keys poped off easy, and most importantly, the little dots/rises on the 'J' and 'F' keys don't get in the way and aren't very...

Feels sturdy, and is very light weight ; PS/2 cord is reasonably long ; Has most of the standard keys ; No extra media/programmable keys to get in your way

Keys feel 'mushy', little 'spring' like some other keyboards I've used

Works in the Macs I got it for

I love to raise the hackles of Mac Fanatics by 'contaminating' their pure Mac systems with commodity PC goods. :-)

Very inexpensive. Works as a replacement keyboard for Power Mac G4 and various iMacs. It also played immediately with a Win2k laptop I have. (nice to know)

Too bad shipping matches price. Shipping box was overly large. It didn't work with one machine but it may have been my connection sequence. Its worked with several others. Its bigger than a Mac keyboard but it has more keys. As a Mac kbd, it would be...

AOpen KB-858 Black 107 Normal Keys PS/2 Wired Standard Keyboard

This is a very nice and inexpensive keyboard. I hate random media buttons and wannabe laptop keyboards. This one is very basic and the keys have great action. I am very happy with this purchase for gaming and typing.

Just got another one

I just bought another one and I have to say its great! As I said though be aware that the wire is extremely short, about 3ft exact. If you need a longer cable you will need to buy a USB extension cable.
