This iron is brilliant, it's glides over your clothes and takes the creases out no problem. Definitely feels more expensive for what it is. Brilliant buy.

Well what can I say, received iron and to my surprise it had been used, and was also damaged, returned by another customer but yet I was charged full price. Shocking.

Used this product a couple of times now it glides over the clothes without and issue and the vertical steam is a plus

Steam is not a part of this iron at all! No steam when the iron is in use unless you continue to press the steam jet button, doesn't get any creases out of the lightest weight fabrics.
