The only small criticism I have is that the button for extra steam is not very well placed being on the body of the iron, would have been better higher up. It ii easy fill and empty and has a lovely long flex. Very pleased.

Am fed up with more expensive irons failing just after the two year guarantee period is up, decided to purchase this much cheaper iron, which so far I am thrilled with, particularly as I had it when on under sale, and with three year guarantee, so...

The fully automatic temperature control works very well for delicate fabrics but does not heat up sufficiently for cottons and linens. I would never buy another iron with automatic temperature control.

Bought it based on all the postive reviews. Barely lasted a month. Will be taking it back and getting something that is likely to last as long as the guarantee period.

Bought this to replace a Tefal iron, which didn't last as long as I'd expected it to. Delighted with my new Russell Hobbs iron which is light, easy to use and is much better for ironing linen clothing.

Well packed arrived OK, nice and light does not use a lot of water, nice ceramic sole glides over items very please with quality and price my wife likes it 5 Stars.

Not being an ironing fanatic, I don't think I can give a particularly helpful review. Seems quite big (not heavy) but that is probably a good thing. Anyway, if like me, you want a standard iron, I would say this one is just fine.

I purchased this iron as a replacement as my iron had broken down. This iron is lightweight, heats up very quickly and is easy to use. The only drawback is the difficulty I have in pouring any unused water back in a jug. Perhaps I am being too frugal!

Very light iron does what it says comfortable to hold long cord
