I bought this iron on the basis of good reviews on this site and others. It's a really poor iron....my old much cheaper steam iron which I'd had for years and which my daughter took to uni with her this September was so so much better. The worst...

Very disappointing. Nothing like as efficient or effective as portrayed in the Which? reviews. I am not at all impressed with this appliance andam having to replace it for something that I can rely on and will get thejob done quickly and properly.

The performance of this iron does not even come close to the review on this site. Steam levels are very very poor and it certainly does not iron away the creases. I used it once and decided to send it back . Miss my old iron so much ..it was far more...

I've only used the iron once and so far am very pleased with how it is on cotton items I've yet to use it on delicate items

I have only had this iron for two weeks and so far it is doing everything they say it does. I am pleased I chose this one, and the best feature for me is the way there is no temperature control to worry about while ironing, it does this itself.

My iron had the same name but was grey and black - perfect in every way, weighty but easy to hold, didn't drop, was very happy with it until my 6 year old knocked it off the ironing board onto the floor and it never worked again!

Very easy to use and good for forgetful teenagers etc as temperature is set automatically and so does not overheat regardless of the type of material. However not good for heavily creased clothes as it is not possible to increase the temperature...
