This is a good stem iron unfortunately it's a bit heavy for me. If you have a small hand , the handle is a bit too wide.

Flex is a bit short and doesn't switch itself off if left for a while, otherwise OK

Chose this iron on the basis of other reviews. We've found it easy to use, gives good results. Not too heavy, plenty of steam easy to fill.

Liked last iron so when it went to Iron Heaven I replaced it with the same model. It works well but doesn't steam as much as the first one so I seem to be using the Manuel steam more. Cloths look good after use.

The iron works well and the collection process was straightforward and the staff were very helpful.

Great results and the iron looks good too.
