Use straight out of the box. Light enough. Steam & spray work as expected. Makes a lot of nice when moving from the ironing position to upright - not sure why!

This is a great easy to use and simple iron, it actually has made ironing quite fun (and I hate it normally!)

It's much better than my last iron what, I like better is it holds much more water so saves me time when steaming.The lead is quite short but I iron near the plug but some people might find it more difficult.

Bought this as a replacement for a long standing earlier model which we had been very pleased with. But from the outset this new one's performance was not good. No matter what we tried it always snagged the clothes and rucked them up without gliding...

Good value and quality product, but cord far too short which rather spoils the overall purchase experience.
