It is a brilliant steam iron and is fabulous for ironing shirts, get's all the creases out without too much effor.t

The iron is very light and easy to use.

Seems to let out a lot more water than steam so very leaky - cld this be faulty???? Also water bucket does not hold as much water as expected so re-filling it constantly.

I find it is a little hard to use because the lead to the plug is quite short compared to my old iron.

Also I have found that if you don't have it on the steam method and accidentally press the steam button a lot of brown liquid comes out, which stains the clothes you are ironing.

ease of use

Compared to the old traditional steam iron i have been using for years it was great. Much lighter and the steam generation was brilliant it just keeps on coming. It flys through jeans,and the hardest of fabrics.great value for money. Ironing takes half...

When you consider the price and that it works very well, i cant really think of any bad points.
