Efficient product that makes ironing much quicker. Iron is quite light to hold.

If not using the steam function, it doesn't seem to get that hot even on the maximum setting. The steam button has to be held on manually which has given me a blister on my hand. When using for a long time you should be able to lock this button on to...

When it steams it runs and drips with water. The temperature always seems the same on all settings. The flex is too stiff making it awkward to iron. It does not iron at all well. Very disappointed.
