I love it, bought it and transported it to Cyprus in my luggage as |I would not be without one, this is my second of the same model.

Intermittent steam especially when you first use it. Can jet out all of a sudden then nothing!

Dont think it gets hot enough and have to go over things twice, especially sheets! Would like more dials on iron.

Gets a while to get used to putting the iron onto the base unit. Not using tap water is a pain

Cuts time spent ironing as only need to iron one side.

Need to open windows if not they steam up! Could be because I do my ironing in the small bedroom.
