I got it as a present for my wedding 8 years ago. We have many kids now, and my wife has been abusing it all these years, we lent it to neghbours, who dropped it on the floor, we've been using tap water, and it's still working just fine! Amazing!

This is a great purchase mainly due to the storage facility. I hate wires! So the fact I can wrap this up nice and neatly to put away is great! The iron itself works very well and this was a little cheaper on Amazon compared to all other retail stores...

I use the personal steamer in addition to the slim steam mop. You can get into some pretty small places using the personal steamer.

This item (meant to be sent by Cheetah) never arrived so it cannot be reviewed. Cheetah were appalling and blamed everything on the postal strike - even after it has been resolved. Amazon very good at refunding me though.

Easy to put up, neat and tidy and is ideal for what we want. It doesn't swivel on its hinge like the single line version but that isn't an issue.

What a bargain takes a bit of getting used to but once you do cuts ironing time in half at least and great for things that are delicate and you would normaly be afraid to iron you just put it on a hanger and give it a blast of steam would recommend...
