Black & Decker Steam Advantage F1060 Iron with Auto Shut-off

Using it with Windows 7. Also using one of the included wireless dongles and one of my own that has a 3 ft cord that allows you to place it somewhere on your desk. That seems like it helps out with signal strength.

Black & Decker Quick N Easy X460 Iron with Auto Shut-off

I carried my last steam iron around with me for what seemed like forever; actually, it was about thirty years. One always had to have a clean, ironed shirt in my (then) profession of Window Display. I spent my money on nice cotton shirts and my time on...

Philips GC9642

At first a little daunted by the size of the steam generator but once I used this I wouldn't replace with a normal iron. Ironing is so much easier!

The heel of the iron is extra wide, making it more stable when set down, and offering a convenient place to store the cable, which is a staggering three metres long. What’s more the Tefal FV3680 iron looks nice too, or as nice as an iron can look, with...

Philips GC 8520

The head of the Philips GC8520 is slightly smaller than previous models, which may be a point to consider if you will be ironing large items like sheets, but this is the only minor issue in an otherwise great piece of ironing equipment.

Instructions are vague on whether you need to use the steam button once or regularly. They seem to have concentrated on how to de-scale the iron at the expense of regular use.
