The Sony HT-SS360 is an inexpensive home theater system with generous HDMI connectivity and satisfying sound on movies, but don't expect it to deliver with music.

Very attractive and superb sound

no option to add additional speakers for the 7.1 it's capable of handling

Easy to set up, 5.1 HD Surround is fantastic. Produces 5.1 surround on Sky HD, and True HD 5.1 surround on Blu Rays.

The lead for the sub is too short, so your limited as to where to place it, but that's a minor issue that I can live with.

Easy to setup. Music sounds great contrary to a lot of reviews. Sound not overpowering but keep the volume controller handy in a semi detached house :-) It can get loud!!

Rear speakers don't have much power but made up by sub woofer. My front room is not large so not a problem for me. Overpriced compared to US prices but that's pretty standard for us beleagured Europeans.
