This is an excellent scale for anybody who really wants to know what's going on with their health. I had started exercising regularly and over the course of four weeks lost .4 pounds, this scale helped me to realize that I had also lost 4% body fat......

Overall a good scale, does everything it claims and setup is pretty simple. The only issue I have is that you have to turn the scale off then back on again if you want to do a second weight. There is no way to reset it to 0 after taking a measurement.

Purchased this thinking I would be able to get a good, accurate bodyfat percentage reading. I've used the Omron handheld at my gym, and it says I have 12% bodyfat. I use this scale and it says 23% +- about 2%. 23%?!! You can see my six pack!! It says...
