SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5X Wireless Review

The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5X Wireless is an excellent wireless gaming headset with modern looks and versatile audio thanks to its mobile app and presets.

Steelseries Arctis Nova 5X Wireless

Universal console support, great battery life, and a powerful companion app make this one of the best gaming headsets I've tested in a while.

Support for Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and more via USB-C dongle. Battery life is longer than most competitors. Companion app is so easy to use, I wish all SteelSeries headsets supported it. Reasonably priced.

Can't listen to Bluetooth and 2.4-GHz audio at the same time. Bluetooth audio drains battery faster.

SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5 Wireless Review: The cheaper Nova 7

Same drivers, no simultaneous 2.4GHz/Bluetooth connectivity.

Lots of connectivity options ; Very comfortable ; Can use mobile app to change settings without connecting to a PC

Suffers from SteelSeries connection issues ; Loud/multilayered audio overwhelms drivers ; No analog connection

The Arctis Nova 5 is a good option if you're looking for a budget-friendly wireless gaming headset that can also double as a lifestyle headset.
