They look like the top-end SE535, but can they compete on sound?
Powerful, thud-tastic bass, Wide soundstage, Class-leading cable quality
Not the most detailed treble

Add a splash of bass with these entry-level IEMs
Impressive bass output ; Excellent noise isolation ; Convenient detachable cable
Soundstage can get a little cluttered ; Not the most comfortable buds ever ; No built-in controller
The Shure SE215 are a solid pair of earbuds that offer impressive bass levels and fantastic passive noise isolation. They’re perhaps not the most comfortable earbuds on the marketm and the soundstage can get a touch cluttered at higher volumes, but all...

Excellent midrange in-ear headphones for a bargain
Understated design ; Affordable ; Personalized comfort ; Vibrant sound
Lacks in-line controls ; Slight learning curve
Looking to step up your earphone game on a budget? The Shure SE215 deliver stunning sound and personalized comfort at an entry-level price. It's one of the best deals out there.

If you are after a bassy flavour the hard-wearing Shure SE215s could be just the thing
Pro build and features ; rich, weighty sound ; good mid/bass detail
Not as driving or sparkly as we'd like, thanks to that rich character
Shure’s top-end features filter down to an affordable level

The sound produced by these earphones is immense
The most impressive sound quality of all the earphones tested here
Expensive; inverted design meant that the SE125s kept popping out; difficult to swap earbuds
Perhaps the most impressive test here, though, was classical piano, where we were treated to a rich, dramatic sound, with even the excellent-sounding Altec Lansing headphones unable to match the bass presence.

The Shure SE215 headphones are the entry-level offerings in the award winning SE Series. These in-ear isolation headphones come with a single dynamic driver and a frequency range between 17 – 22,000Hz. Delivering up to 102dB of sound, you'll find a...
Shure may consider these headphones to be entry-level but in terms of quality you wouldn’t think so. Sure, the design is a little love it/hate it but is you’re a fan of the brand then you’ll already be warming to what these budget cans have to offer....

Shure's versatile, comfortable SE215 Wireless will draw you deeper into your favorite tunes.
Vibrant, detailed sound. ; Earbuds fit securely and comfortably ; Replaceable cable ; Intuitive controls
Neckband can be slightly awkward ; Securing or taking off earbuds is time consuming
Excellent sound, a great fit, and detachable cables help rank Shure’s SE215 Wireless among our favorite wireless earbuds in their class.

These middle-of-the-road earphones perform well in certain situations, but pack too much bass for their own good.

The Shure SE215 Wireless earphones offers some of the best in-ear Bluetooth audio performance available under $200.

Search the headphone forum and read the gadget blogs. You'll find many fans of the Shure SE215 earbuds. The praise is deserved -- they do...
Great sound. Cables detach and are replaceable if they wear out. Lots of tip options in the box
They aren’t the most comfortable buds in the bin. Finding the correct seal and fit takes a lot of patience. No remote or microphone, so you’ll be de-pocketing your mobile more often
