The technically accomplished Momentum True Wireless are Sennheiser's first wire-free earphones, and aim to take on the likes of Apple and Sony
Good spatial imaging ; Rich sound ; Good core Bluetooth performance
Some inter-earpiece blips ; The price is high
Technically accomplished true wireless earphones offering lush sound – but the price is high and intuitiveness isn't what it should be

Sennheiser's first true wireless earbuds offer its trademark high-fidelity audio in a thoughtfully designed package.
Strong full-range sound Stylish design Case comes with two full charges
Imprecise volume control Could be more comfortable
With stylish design, smart controls, and professional sound, the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless earbuds are a great cordless alternative to those fed up with trailing cables or wired remotes.

Sennheiser cuts the cord
Ergonomic design ; Incredible in-ear audio ; Magnetic carry case is hugely convenient
So costly for something so small
Sennheiser's first 'true wireless' earbuds ditch the neck cable for boxy earbuds that are light, comfortable, and capable of improbably premium sound. There are cheaper options out there, but Sennheiser's offering may emerge as the best argument yet...

Want great sounding wire-free buds? The True Wireless is late to the game but bring USB-C charging and a carry case along with their big asking price.
Great sound with app-based EQ adjustment to tailor ; Sensible design and splash-resistance ; AptX and Bluetooth 5.0 ; Included case is portable and charges buds quickly
Battery life isn't the best on the market (around 3hrs per charge with two more from the case) ; Pretty pricey all considered ; Touch controls take time to get used to
Sound quality is great, these buds can go for at least three hours outside their case, and come with one of the best-designed charging cases on the market. They're not the cheapest around though - which might make their prolific competition equally or...

Typical Sennheiser: big and clever
Very accomplished sound ; Decent touch- and voice-control ; aptX 5.0 and aptX low-latency Bluetooth
Biggish buds and charging case ; Humdrum battery life
“Go big or go home” – Sennheiser knows which it prefers

If you're looking for the best sounding totally wireless earphones, look no further than the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless.
The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless headphones fit comfortably and sound excellent, and their wireless performance was solid with minimal dropouts. They work very well for making calls, have touch controls, and their battery-charging case charges via...
The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless headphones are pricey, and they're a bit larger than Jabra's Elite 65t buds. Battery life isn't quite as good as what you get with certain competing models, and not everybody will love the touch controls.
Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless are the best-sounding true wireless earphones we've tested to date, but you'll have to pay a premium for that better sound.

Sennheiser has taken its time with the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless, being one of the last major manufacturers to launch their truly wireless earbud headphones. And they're priced right at the premium end of the market, promising 'uncompromised...

Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless is a great first attempt at truly wireless headphones. You'll get incredible sound and build quality, but the total battery life is somewhat disappointing.
Superior sound quality ; Durable build quality
Battery life lags behind the competition ; Touch controls may be hit or miss

Sennheiser's true wireless earbuds may sound the best of any we've tested, but frustrating controls and other annoyances hamper what could be an otherwise stellar product. Plus, these respectable options from the likes of Jabra and others are available...
Best audio among true wireless earbuds ; Respectable battery life ; Refined design ; USB-C charging
Frustrating touch controls ; Don’t always turn off when you put them in the case ; Pricey compared to other capable models

The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless earphones cost a pretty penny but deliver very good audio quality you can adjust to your taste.
Excellent audio performance with rich lows and solid balance. Free app includes user-adjustable EQ to dial in preferred sound signature. Excellent mic intelligibility. Transparent listening mode.
Expensive. On-ear controls are a little cluttered.
Sennheiser's Momentum True Wireless earphones sound great. There's solid bass depth without going overboard, and you can tweak the sound signature to your liking. The mic clarity and transparent listening mode will likely appeal to business travelers,...
