JUst got this headset. I was so anxious to get it and try it. But.... there is no way to turn up the volume, and I find it very difficult to hear.

I like it but I cannot find a manual and would like to know the function of the button at the other end of the microphone switch-off button with the headset symbol.

This product looks like it works well.. But it DOES NOT. i have to hold on to my mouth piece to bring it closer to my mouth so that my clients can hear me.. doesnt that defeat the purpose of a hands free head set ? it works well sometimes.. but need my...
