Plantronics BackBeat PRO

Wireless, noise-cancelling and with 24-hour battery life – most impressive

Excellent overall sound quality ; Class-leading battery life ; Good active noise cancelling ; Still work well when battery's dead

Sound signature is a bit bass heavy ; Design is just a bit busy ; Not the most comfortable

Great sound quality, impressive noise cancelling, class-leading battery life and a host of easy-to-use controls make these headphones some of the best, if not the most comfortable.

Plantronics BackBeat Pro review

Noise canceling Bluetooth headphones with plenty of features

Pair with two devices ; Fantastic 24 hour battery life ; impressive sound and noise cancellation

Pairing mode could be easier to initiate ; No identification between paired devices ; Slightly pricey

Plantronics has packed an amazing feature set into the BackBeat Pro. If you like your headphones wireless and noise cancelling, these are hard to beat. The BackBeat Pros aren't pretty. But what they lack in looks, they make up in pretty much everything...

Plantronics Backbeat Pro review: Belting Bluetooth headphones

Plantronics has come a long way from making mobile phone headsets for city slickers. It's latest over-ear creation is the BackBeat Pro, wireless Bluetooth headphones crammed with great features including active noise cancellation. The Plantronics...

Great battery, long-range Bluetooth, active noise-cancellation, comfortable, strong, easy controls

Design is somewhat bland, RRP a little pricey (can be found for better price)

The Plantronics BackBeat Pro headphones manage to cram a lot of features into a headset that's very comfortable to wear.

Plantronics' BackBeat Pro (review): The value alternative to Bose QuietComfort 35

Don't want to pay big bucks for a 'premium' wireless noise-canceling headphone? The Plantronics BackBeat Pro 2 may be your best bet.

The Plantronics BackBeat Pro 2 sounds very good for a Bluetooth headphone, is comfortable to wear and offers decent noise cancellation and strong battery life. It performs very well as headset for making cell phone calls, includes a carrying pouch, and...

While the design has been improved, the headphone is still a little heavy and its aesthetics may not appeal to everyone; noise-canceling isn't quite as effective as Bose's.

The BackBeat Pro 2 is an excellent full-size wireless noise-cancelling headphone that costs nearly half as much as comparable models from Bose, Sony or Sennheiser.

Plantronics BackBeat Pro review

Plantronics is better known for its mono wireless headsets but it's been making a push into the wireless stereo headphone arena with its BackBeat line. Most everything in that line is in-ear (such as the BackBeat Go 2 , or BackBeat Fit ), but now the...

The Plantronics BackBeat Pro features both wireless Bluetooth and noise-canceling in a sturdy, comfortable design. The headphones sound decent, are packed with features, have excellent battery life and come with a nice carrying pouch.

Design has a little too much of an office vibe to it; fairly heavy at 360 grams; bass and treble may be a little too hyped for some people.

Despite some small drawbacks, the feature-packed Plantronics BackBeat Pro is an intriguing option for those looking for a wireless headphone with active noise-cancelling.

Plantronics BackBeat Pro: wireless headphones you'll actually want to use [REVIEW]

Plantronics BackBeat Pro are a great pair of wireless stereo headphones, with many virtues and only a few flaws.

Huge set of features ; Innovative ; Comfortable ; Good value for money

Sound could be improved ; Not the most stylish headphones out there

For the price of $249, The Plantronics BackBeat Pro headphones are probably the best bang for the buck in their class.
