Master & Dynamic MW60 (review): A spectacularly designed but pricey wireless headphone

But if you can overlook the fact that it costs too much, the MW60 is beautifully designed wireless headphone that delivers very good performance.

The Master and Dynamic MW60 wireless Bluetooth headphone is constructed out of premium materials and has excellent build quality along with strong sound for a Bluetooth headphone. It folds up and comes with a decent carrying case and a cable for wired...

The headphones are expensive, somewhat heavy and may not fit people with smaller heads. Lacks dual microphones for reducing ambient noise during calls.

Master & Dynamic MW60

The Master & Dynamic MW60 wireless headphones deliver a balanced, accurate Bluetooth audio experience in a beautifully crafted, comfortable design.

Clear, balanced mids- and highs-focused audio performance. Exceptionally comfortable, luxurious design. Detachable cable for passive, wired listening.

Too expensive. Not for those seeking big bass sound. Included cable lacks remote control.

Review: Master & Dynamic MW60 Wireless Headphones

Audiophiles despise Bluetooth headphones for the same reason gourmands despise the Olive Garden: it is so inferior that it doesn't even merit discussion. Like MP3s, Apple EarPods, and DACs that don't play 24-bit/192 kHz files, Bluetooth cans are...

A headphone maker finally cracks the Bluetooth code. Phenomenal sound; 'Wireless hi-fi' is no longer an oxymoron. Luxe materials and construction. Advanced antenna design means rock-solid signal stability

While the MW60 may set a new standard for Bluetooth range and sound quality, it also sets a new standard for Bluetooth MSRP: $549. More portable than they look, but still weighty

What closes the deal, though, is that the MW60 is two products in one: an unrivaled Bluetooth headphone and a legit hi-fi corded headphone you can plug into an amp to enjoy 180-gram vinyl. That’s the best double-dip since some genius slapped two...

MW60 Headphones Review: Premium Wireless Over Ear Sound With Style

There's no denying that music plays a big part in the lives of most of us. Music means different things to different people. Some find comfort while others find inspiration. Everywhere you look, you're bound to see people plugged into their phones or...

Fantastic sound, great battery life, comfortable headphones, solid construction

Headband could be a bit rounder for comfort but this is being fixed for retail versions. Receiving end of call had difficulty hearing during call. Definitely on the pricey side

If you've got money to spare and love your music, you can't go wrong with the MW60 Wireless Over Ear Headphones from Master & Dynamic. They are well designed, solidly built, and sound fantastic.

Master & Dynamic MW60 Headphone Review

Hot on the tail of the MH40 headphones, Master & Dynamic have launched the MW60; a closed-back Bluetooth headphone featuring the same premium materials and vision as its predecessor.

Review: Master & Dynamic MW60 Wireless Over-Ear Headphones

Master & Dynamic's top-of-the-line Bluetooth headphones deliver on style, build, and sound quality, but are almost certainly overkill -- especially if you intend to take them outside.

As much as we loved the MW60s under most circumstances —we're giving them a high rating —you probably shouldn't buy them unless money is no object (which it probably is, naturally).
