Jaybird Run

Jaybird Run review: Truly wireless earbuds that can quickly charge in as little as 5 minutes. These earbuds are a great choice for running and exercise.

Comfortable and secure fit ; Good sound quality ; Quick-charging and respectable battery life ; Solid hands-free quality

No Comply foam tips ; Limited media controls

Not quite perfect, but these true wireless earbuds charge incredibly quickly, sound great and won’t fall out of your ears.

Review: Jaybird Run wireless Bluetooth headphones

Jaybird's path to a true wireless Bluetooth set of headphones for active users is evident in its Freedom and X3 line of wired headphones and the excellent Jaybird smartphone app that helps fine tune audio to a user's needs.

Jaybird Run review: The perfect truly wireless earbuds for workouts

The Jaybird Run are exactly what you'd expect from a company that's been working on wireless headphones for years. They're comfortable, easy to use and they sound great. You'll pay a bit more than similar headphones -- even Apple's Airpods -- but it's...

Fits comfortably and inconspicuously ; Sound-quality is on-par with other truly wireless earbuds ; Four hours of battery life (12 with the included battery case) ; Water and sweat resistant

Buttons are tough to press while you're wearing them ; More expensive than some of the competition at $180 ; Battery case could be more secure

Jaybird didn't disappoint with the Run. The earbuds are everything I'd want in a pair of truly cord-free headphones. While they still require sacrificing a bit of audio quality, that's true of everything else in this category. Losing a bit of fidelity...

Jaybird's Run wireless earbuds are ruined by unreliable Bluetooth

They're plagued by connection problems that other companies have left behind

Completely unreliable connection ; Lackluster build quality

Jaybird Run

The Jaybird Run are comfortable, workout-friendly true wireless earphones with clear sound quality that could use just a little more bass response.

Crisp, clean sound with good high-mids and highs. Sweatproof. Comfortable fit.

Bass response could be stronger. Single-button design limits control options.

Jaybird's Run earphones are a strong first attempt at the wire-free category. They're comfortable, gym-ready, and sound very good even though we'd like a little more low-end. That said, JLab's Epic Air earphones win out in both sound quality and...

Jaybird Run Review: These Wireless Buds Have Great Sound, but Bad Bluetooth

These headphones for runners stay put, but it's tough to keep them connected.

Jaybird Run XT Truly Wireless Review

The Jaybird Run XT Truly Wireless are a slight upgrade of the previous version, the Jaybird Run Truly Wireless, but they're still very similar. These headphones ...

Good customization options in app, including parametric EQ. Fairly versatile sound profile. Compact and stable sports design.

Slightly bulky in-ear design may not be comfortable for long periods. Poor controls.

The Jaybird Run XT are decent headphones for mixed usage. Their out-of-the-box sound profile is a bit cluttered and bass-heavy, but their companion app gives you access to a parametric EQ, so you can customize the way they sound. They're stable enough...

Jaybird Run HEADPHONES

The Jaybird Run are great truly wireless sports headphones, decent enough for most use cases. They have a stable and compact in-ear design that stays put thanks to the stability fins and multiple tip options. They isolate well enough for most commutes...

Compact and stable sports design. ; Above-average noise isolation. ; Good wireless range and app support.

High latency not suitable for videos. ; Slightly too sharp on already bright tracks. ; Mediocre control layout.
