EPOS H6PRO review

The EPOS H6PRO offers a great audio experience and a comfortable design that'll leave you with no complaints after hours of gaming, but the high asking price could put some off.

Exceptional sound quality ; Open-back headset is immersive with great bass ; Great noise suppression from closed-back headset ; Very comfortable

Open-back headset leaks audio ; Boom mic is average quality ; No wireless connectivity ; Expensive

The EPOS H6PRO range offers great audio quality and exceptional comfort, even over long gaming sessions, with separate versions for Open and Closed Acoustics allowing for an even more fine-tuned experience. It's just a shame that the headset is so...

EPOS H6PRO Gaming Headsets Review - Open or Closed Acoustic?

EPOS H6PRO Gaming Headsets Review – EPOS H6PRO gaming headsets come with sleek design and lightweight profile, but more interestingly, are available in two different models: Open and Closed Acoustic. They both offer different listening experience and...

Sleek design ; Comfortable ; Comes in Open and Closed Acoustic models to choose from ; Detachable microphone boom if you don’t want to use it ; Superb audio quality and positioning ; Supports major gaming platforms

Not a fan of the volume wheel, which is similar to the EPOS H3 ; No USB option; some brands provide a built-in sound adapter to convert 3.5mm jacks to USB

Great wired headsets from EPOS in terms of design, comfort, and audio quality. They come in different models: Open and Closed Acoustic

Epos H6Pro Review: Plug-and-Play in Comfort

Premium simplicity, but a little quiet

+ Extremely comfortable for long gaming sessions ; + Very good sound reproduction ; + Attractive design ; + Removable cables

- Doesn't get as loud as I'd like ; - Expensive for what you get ; - Mic should be better in this price range

As a pretty, premium and comfortable plug-and-play gaming headset, the Epos H6Pro makes a good first impression. But a limited max volume (for the open-backed model, at least), high price, and a so-so mic mean there are better options in its $180 price...
