I'm quadriplegic with decent arm function and I used this with Dragon NaturallySpeaking voice-recognition software to do my typing. It works excellent. The microphone has a foam cover over it that's thick enough to absorb little breaths so Dragon isn't...

The cable will get damaged somehow but I use it over 40 hours a week
