AKG N90Q

This is not the first time AKG and legendary producer Quincy Jones have joined forces. Back in 2011, Quincy and AKG introduced the AKG Q701, a big pair of studio-focused, open-back headphones that were pretty big but did sound fantastic.

AKG N90Q review

These high-end headphones are packed with some interesting tech...

Clean, clear presentation ; Impressive precision ; Clever features ; Excellent build, finish and comfort

Huge price ; Presentation favours analysis over entertainment

The N90Qs are capable and cleverly engineered headphones, but they lack a bit of fun

AKG N90Q review

Gorgeous, awesome and not worth your money

Deluxe in every way ; Tons of included goodies ; Sound is best-in-class ; Customizable audio

'Expensive' isn't a strong enough word ; Uncomfortable at times ; Cumbersome calibration process

The AKG N90Q are a ridiculously expensive set of over-ear headphones that do their absolute best to impress you, and succeed. But ultimately, even when considering the included accessories, the package just isn't worth the asking price.

AKG N90Q Headphones Review – Totally Worth the $1500 Price Tag

Born from a partnership between iconic musician Quincy Jones and Harman Kardon, the AKG N90Q headphones are not your ordinary pair of headphones. Heck, $1,500 for a pair of headphones is not exactly a common thing. So how does Harman justify the price...

Best. Headphones. Ever.

This is the real deal. The N90Q is the Jurassic Park of head phones and not because of man eating Dinosaurs it's because they literally "sparred no expense". From the lambskin sack that has an embedded fold guide, to the extra Li-ion battery pack, to...

Good but can be better.

Waited almost a year to get my hands on these. The sound coming from these are crystal clear. I can even discern what people is saying in the background from the music. NC is better than the JBL Elite 700. The ear cups seals out most of the sound from...
