In the online pic, it looked to me like there were an extra couple of razor blades. In fact, there isn't - all you get is the razor handle and one razor blade.

I got the razor for my partner, and it works well, was slightly disappointed that the picture has 4 razor blades with the pack, as it only come with the one that is on the handle. Still is a decent razor.
