Very simple and easy to use

First epilator - expecting it to be really painful but it is just uncomfortable.

Have to use it plugged into the mains so can't use it wet.

Much quicker and less painful than my previous epilator. It also removed all those awkward flat hairs which my older one didn't.

Haven't noticed any yet!

Wide head means quicker epilating, therefore completing the uncomfortable process sooner! However, this epilator was not as painful as my previous model - Phillips satinelle ice. The massaging head makes epilating more bearable.

Very large plug adaptor (not great if you want to take it on holiday). The light is good but can't be turned off. Lack of instructions means it took me a while to work out how to change the heads.

doesnt epilate the hair.....just tear it off which makes them grow back very fast.....

Gets the job done quickly & without too much pain, if you are used to epilating! This was a replacement for my 7 year old epilator & I wish I had upgraded before. Much quieter & smoother. it is a little expensive but well worth the extra.

Was a little put off initially by the price, but you get what you pay for & this model is certainly worth the money.

I have used my previous Philips Epilator for 9 years and decided to upgrade to a new one .Much better design .Very efficient .

Clean and easy to use

Would be great if it was rechargeable and not just mains.

far quicker and easier to use than my previous epilator, with the added benefit of an inbuilt light.
