the casing ''plastic'' feels a bit cheap along with accessories It has a two-pin adapter, had to buy a multi plug to use it.

Very effective removal of hairs from chin. Haven't plucked up courage to use it on my legs yet.

Not clear what sort of electrical plug fitting - I actually did want a shaver socket fitting, which is what it has.

does good job overall.Is improved on old type which I had previously.

Confused with written instructions.Better to try out slowly for myself to see how it works.

It's pink. Easy to use. Easy to clean.

Has no battey - runs on mains. Hurts and causes irritation with every use on the least sensitive areas, therefore too much to use on sensitive parts. Very loud/noisy when using. Total waste of money.

Great product does the job efficiently and quickly beats shaving

Ive shaved my legs for over 20 yrs and have only epilated them twice in the last month the hair growth back is slowere and the hairs are much softer.

The initial pain is very bad but I stuck with it and now its as easy as shaving

The massgae head does not stay on and keeps coming off.

(Battery life is irrelevant as it needs to be plugged in) This is the first epilator I have owned and I'm very happy with it.

You need an adaptor.
