The product is awefull,you cant even shape your beard, and you can't even return the product due to hygiene purpose. Waste of money

I brought this product for Christmas for my partner. It literally broke after 2 uses. It was not dropped accidentally or anything else which might have caused it to break. John Lewis were very good though and I received a full refund.
