Philips HP8372

I have only had these for five months and now do no longer maintain the heat despite adjustment on the dial. I have changed the fuse in the plug also and still no change. I would not recommend this product especially for this with longer thicker hair.

The item heat plates were to small for longer hairs it would be more suitable for people with shorter hair and the on off button is on the most awkward place I keeped switching the straighteners off or would change the heat temp

Comfortable to use, nice design, leaves my hair really soft and moistured.

The locking clasp broke after using 3 times. Also the buttons on the side are in the wrong place as when using your turning them off or uo and down. Terrible!

My wife is not happy with this purchase because as she is straightening her hair, her hand is touching the heat buttons as they in a stupid place and turning down the heat.

After using for long enough I can say that it is worth buying, amazing guality, love it !
