Free from Frizz; Blowout Mango Conditioner for Thick/Coarse Hair

I just got this product today when picking up my online order from Boots. What I'm wondering is that my bottle seems to be missing a bit of product. Surely it can't be used/tester if ordered online? Maybe bottles just aren't filled up to the brim?...

used the free from frizz 6 week treatment followed instructions, used shampoo and conditioner as directed, it has damaged my daughters hair made it dry and brittle had to have it cut. daughter is so upset,horrible product do not use
