The rotisery motor cover was broken. Called into Weber, a new one is on the way. No eggs off, there is a problem on the assembly line somewhere. When I call it in the CS rep said it was the second call they received on the same issue.

The grill was purchased as my last grill ever. Based on Weber's reputation and the construction of the grill I expect this grill to be my last. I picked this grill because it has all the features I could ask for. My last 2 grills were Charbroils and...
Evenness of grilling, temperatur control, seer burner, smoker burner, snap-jet ignition, easy set up (45 minutes). It's a Weber! Shipping was up to newegg's standards. On time and in perfect condition.
Burner flame sometimes hard to see.

Infra-red starter faulty
The starter for the infra-red burner did not work and was replaced. Now it is very slow to work and light. This is a significant detraction from an otherwise excellent product. While it can be lit with a match, that is not the intent of the snap lighter.

New Weber Summit Grill
Just bought this natural gas Weber to replace a 12 year old propane Weber. Have used it three times so far, once with a pork roast on the rotisserie. Very please so far the the results and ease of use.
