I purchased Genesis E310 model in February 2012. The quality of the grill and all associated parts are excellent except the magnet door retainers (2) that hold the two bottom doors closed are plastic and flimsy and one of them is broken already.

We wanted the natural gas feature and it has been so convenient. Grill heats quickly and recovers well when lid has been opened. Easy access to the drip trays and they clean without a lot of hard scrubbing. Looking forward to many years of good grilling.
