The Tefal is quick to heat and can be operated open as two grills for BBQ-style cooking. It seals meat and cooks efficiently. It is hinged so as to adjust to the thickness of the meat. The only negative is that the non-stick coating is not very durable.

I love this grill and use it regularly. My only comment would be that if you are cooking for several people, you need a bigger one! It cooks great and evenly. Clean up is a breeze. Especially if you go ahead while it's still a little warm.
