Oil drain doesn't catch completely catch all flowing oil off the grill. waste of power as it heats top and bottom when you only want to use one side. Put additional food on the grill and it cant cope and the temp drops rapidly. A complete waste of money.

I use this on the handle of my Le Creuset fry pan, and am not totally fond of how slippery it is on there. I have another handle mitt made out of silicone I think works better.

I was under the impression that BeefEater was a premium product but my Sportz Grill arrived with screws that have been stripped during assembly, a few screws actually missing and one hole where one bench/table slots into not being drilled deep enough....

The barbecue looks great and provides a great grillign experience. The glass hood is a very useful innovation. My only gripe is that it was rather difficult to assemble. Other than that, highly recommended.

the lid fits well and seals moisture and filth out of my 30 gallon iron pot that has to live outside all year in the BBQ shed. It also seals in heat and makes bringing anything to a boil take about half as long and require far less heat units.

Love the look of it and it does work ok; I find if the sandwich is thin, it doesn't toast all that well. If you try to cook it longer, the middle slant will be hard and burnt. So if you're trying to eat leaner better forget this one.

The burgers are great, but for best results you have to preheat it for several minutes before put the meat and then you have to turn it to cook it well.
