Had this device for more than 3 months now only to join the waiting game after multiple promises from Tomtom that they will 'one day' activate all the features promised. very very disappointed with TomTom support and response

I bought 2 of these, one after another. I thought the first one was from a bad batch, but I loved it so much (when it worked) that I decided to give the Tomtom Via160 another try.
