TOMTOM GO Traffic 510 5" Sat Nav - Worldwide Maps

I have used my TomTom in South Africa. The maps were very useful but in a busy city like Cape Town I did have some problems when there were multiple streets with the same name in different districts.

The map is clear; the spoken instructions better than previous version (once you have managed to program a destination)

So far so good. Easy to setup & use. Good bright screen & much more touch responsive than my old Start 20.

Not encountered any problems so far.

Speed cameras. Accurate

Unlike Google maps this only shows you one possible route. Re- routing is slow to react compared to it also.

You can't charge it whilst it is in use?? Very strange as the point of the charger is in such a place that you can't have it in the holder and charge it at the same time. Very annoying indeed. I don't think the battery is that great even if you have...

THIS SAT NAV IS VERY EASY TO USE

THE SPEED IS DIFFERENT TO THE DASHBOARD SPEEDO

Works well and is cheap

Battery does not last long unless connected to charger

Kept a track of speed against speed limits & how much travel time was remaining
