Only one voice-the one I lost had a choice of three. It has twice given up and told me it could not find the designation.

Takes ages to lock onto Gps (over 5minutes sometimes), was told all gps systems do this but my old Tom Tom was much much faster.

Very straightforward instructions and easy to navigate around the screens.

Needs to be charged before use in the car, but there's no mains charger in the box. For the sake of a pound or so on the price, this is a particularly annoying and stupid omission by the manufacturer.

no adapter in box says to charge for 8 hours first use so need adapter
