Girly Navigation'- Navman F20 Review

A SatNav system for girls and it's not pink! We'll not quite but having dedicated buttons for parking and petrol does suggest novice SatNav users. We test Navman's new low cost GPS system.

Intuitive user interface, Convenient parking and fuel buttons, Compact size and weight, External volume controls, 3.5in touch screen

No AC adapter or USB cable included, No red light or speed camera warnings, Sluggish re-routing times in some instances, Battery life could be improved

Navman's F20 proves you don't have to break the bank for a reliable GPS system.

Easy to learn and use menu system. Good value. Sensitive SiRF Star III Receiver. Route demonstration mode.

Routing profiles limited to shortest and quickest routes. No multimedia players. No multisegment routing.

Navman F20 review

The affordable, compact Navman F20 provides accurate directions and is easy to use. The unit includes maps of North America and a points-of-interest (POI) database.

The POI database is outdated, and voice-guided directions are hard to hear.

The Navman F20 is a reliable, portable navigation device for first-time buyers or anyone looking for an accurate, intuitive, and affordable GPS unit.

Navman F20

Navman's F20 portable GPS is aimed at users after a simple and reliable navigation system, but it still includes features found on much more expensive models as well as few handy traits of its own.

Fast and accurate route calculation ; Fuel stations and parking buttons ; Good value

Poor display ; Lacking some features

The Navman website has a downloadable manual, as well as an online technical support feature and customer service telephone number.
