Garmin nuvi 250W

Garmin's latest GPS navigation unit is an entry-level model that boasts a 4.3in widescreen display and a sleek, ultra-slim design but it's a little ex...

Sleek and slim design, 4.3in widescreen display, user-friendly interface, reasonable performance

Expensive considering its entry-level position in the market, lack of included accessories

The nuvi 250W is a solid unit and the widescreen display is certainly a nice touch for an entry-level model, but its missing a few features to warrant its price tag.

Garmin Nuvi 200W/250W Review

Update: See my Garmin Nuvi 205W/255W Full Review - better interface and hardware than the Nuvi 200W/250W - I recommend moving up to the 205W/255W if possible.

There is hardly anything negative that I can come up with regarding the Purepower Power Express 250W. At a price around $45 it is quite cheap, especially when you compare it to buying a completely new PSU. It has no problems to deliver the power needed...

Garmin Nuvi 250W Review

The first Nuvi 250W that I bought came in had a faulty battery that wouldn’t hold a charge for longer than half an hour. However, after I sent it back in and got a working specimen, I was amazed at how clear the 4.3” widescreen lcd was. I...
