The plastic measuring jug is too small - it does not contain enough for average bread sizes..this is a small niggle..also, the very badly designed wire handle that requires high levels of dexterity to manipulate when emptying a new loaf from a piping...

Produces a beautifully balanced loaf. The texture is excellent and unlike all other breadmakers we have purchased, the bread stays fresh for at least three days.The taste is perfect for my wife and myself.

The crust is not crispy as we like and has to be chewed. The bell on completion is virtually unhearsd and someone has to be present in the kitchen. A louder ring would help.

Absolutely simple and so far works perfectly every time. Good recipe book. Easy to use and clean.
