Chip is clocked at 4.8gz on 1.25v with a noctua dh14. Temps run at 72 degrees at full load. Perfect chip for gaming currently.
No bad points. Intel just providing the build quality you cone to expect from them. My last chip the i7 2600k has been running for the last 6 years at 3.5gz and still runs perfectly well.

Very simple to install.
No stock cooling solution, you have to buy your own.

Runs fast at stock voltage, no real reason to upgrade to i7
Expensive, as per usual.

Pretty good CPU with great single threaded performance. Paired it with MSI Z270 SLI PLUS, Corsair LPX 3000MHz 16GB and Arctic i32 air cooler. It's a pretty good overclocker, requiring only 1.36V for 5GHz however, to sustain that, would recommend a much...
Doesn't have as many cores/threads as the Ryzen equivalent but still performs great in tasks/games that care more about IPC

Great CPU with high standard clock speeds, but overclocks very easily on mid range boards. Could probably push it higher, but I'm happy with it at 4.7ghz @ 1.296 volts. Keeps temps below 70°c under Prime95. Upgraded from Sandybridge 2500K and it was...
Nothing at the price. The perfect price to performance CPU for any Gamer looking for the latest CPU for a build. Obviously the 7700K is better but i cant say the performance gains are worth an extra 120 quid.
