DeLonghi has horrible customer service. The item was shipped to me broken. I instantly called their customer service and they gave me no hassle in ordering a replacement... 3 months later and several emails to them I learned that the item is brand new...

power cord storage, powerful motor, accessories...

shredding discs cannot shred a whole piece of carrot, potato or anything else, the base looks metallic in the picture but it's thin plastic.

I was able to get this on an Egg buster deal and it has worked great for our needs. My wife cooks a lot of Asian cuisine and it has become my jobe of using the food processor on the Vege's to help and it i makes the meal prep far more enjoyable for me...
