It is great to be able to buy just the part you need to replace. When we get our landscaping and garden in place and start growing vegetables I will get the 11-cup machine. We use our food processor all the time! Love it!

An extra work bowl (or two) is the key to efficient use of the Cuisie. When prepping either large quantities or multiple items, one cannot continue rinsing a single bowl over and over!
