Expensive but does have a high specification and I have purchased two more of the units for friends.

Manual could be much better, particularly with regard to the Copy functions which I found confusing and have ended up teaching myself!

I particulary like the hard drive, which is very easy to use. The quality of the product is good & I have recommended it to my friends.

Picture image on recordings sometimes not quite so 'sharp' as it is when watching programmes directly from TV.

All in one mashine. Good size hard drive. SD Card slot integrated. VHS to DVD recording possible. Records and read all discs

Not a perfect sound. HD ready however does not switch over to HD automaticly. Not regon free only regon 2 dvds can be played. Too expensive at the time of purchase.

Easy to setup and use, good integration with Panasonic TV.

Everything you need is in one box and the recording is one touch.

Only one tuner on the Freeview box. So recording one and watching another is not an option once terrestrial goes down. Still good though.
