Akai CBR-5800DI

Very simple conversion of videos on to DVD and simple use of re-writable DVDs when recording TV.

Generally no bad points.

So many extra connectors epsecialy the Firewire port. I juat plugeed my camcorder directly and copied on to disk

When you first switch it on it takes a few seconds to load disk. which is anoying

Really good picture and sound

Very complicated and frustrating, does what it wants in its own time!
