Nice tidy machine, dont have to put a hose out the window like did with my old model, no condensation all over the house either.

Takes a lot longer than my old model and a lot noisier.

Awaiting 6th engineer visit - it just does not dry the clothes - simple as that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The tank to empty the water is at the top of the dryer which makes it easier to reach and empty

The filter is open (our previous model had a hinged opening) so not all of the fluff is caught by the filter

For what we wanted it is very good especially with the drain being located at the top so very easy to empty. Controls are simple, not sure about machines that have 000's of different options, its a dryer, it dries.

It's not the quietest machine around and drying times are longer than a standard dryer but that's the generally true for most condensor dryers. For the price you'd be hard pushed to find something similar.

No more damp room! We needed to buy a condenser dryer and this was the best value for money we could find. We are pleased with the quick drying time and it's so easy to use.

The noise frightens the cat!

excellant value for money, drum is enormous.

seems to take slightly longer to dry but this could be due to the fact the is more items even tho you think it is a small load
