Nice looking very streamline appearance. Fairly quiet. Large drum with equally large opening to allow placing clothes to be dried easier to load.

Confusing manual, could have been made easier to understand. For example, the difference between the eco drying ( heat pump) to normal drying. I found the variation between drying times were extremely lengthy. The door was quite hard to open. Still...

It hasn't worked since I got it on Monday 02/10/17 and this is now Friday 06/10/17 and I still don't have a date when I will get a replacement. I was told by Bosch it would be replaced in 2 - 3 days.

All good so far, although we won't have our first 'post tumble drier' electricity bill for a while yet. I love the freedom it gives to get household tasks out of the way efficiently

Great product. Quiet, energy efficient and the clothes come out warm and dry. Wife is very happy, and you know what they say: Happy wife, happy life ;-)

Haven't found any negatives.

Good looking and the Noise level so low compared to my last Hoover . Love this appliance and would recomendvit to anyone.

Some items can come out wet but I suppose it's knowing what programmes . Am still getting used to it.

Drying cycles are long but everything is bone dry after that. There are many options e.g. for delicate clothes which I will try in due course but I always seem to be in a hurry to get things dry!

Not very quiet so my dogs won't say in the utility room while it is running.
