Whilst the AEG 65170 is a good machine, it is a little larger than many other models so do make sure you can fit it into your kitchen. You will also need to be prepared to clean the filter fairly regularly, and this can be a little difficult to do.

It works much better than the one it replaced

Don't have to decide how long to put the clothes in for. Just decide how dry you want them and it's done.

Most quiet tumble dryer ever had. Dries everything quickly. Very easy to use.

Seems well built and featured for the price. Door is very large with good access. Seems to dry well and good lint filter, a lot better than another much bigger brand that cost only slightly less.

Door is very large but more like an oven door. Like many appliances the door cannot be changed to open from the other side. The provided vent house is so flimsy I'm amazed I could screw it in without ripping.

This dryer is exactly what I wanted , vented to replace previous one,and a sensor to finish when dry. Some say it's not good looking, it's fine (beauty is very personal after all ) and as it's not in the kitchen not an issue. The price was very good too.
