The new Mambo is a small, fun and easy to fly racing drone for beginners
Intuitive controls ; Great fun to fly ; Interchangeable parts
Short battery life ; Image quality could be better ; Video lag
The Parrot Mambo is an adorable little critter that we imagine is going to be finding itself on many a Christmas list this year. It’s similar in a lot of ways to its predecessor, but the addition of a camera and Parrot’s FPV headset turns this fun...

The little drone with the big selling point: FPV flight
FPV flight works well ; Simple to set up and fly ; Great price for a starter kit
Drifts around too much in the air ; Short battery life ; Poor camera quality
FPV flight on the cheap is wonderful, but the Mambo package is a little rough around the edges

This palm-sized drone brings the joy of flight for would-be pilots on a budget.

On its own, the Parrot Mambo drone is a lot of fun to fly, but the accessories that Parrot packs with the Mambo FPV kit make this a very good deal for those seeking an inexpensive drone to play around with. If you get bored with the camera, you can...
Easy to fly ; Comfortable controller ; Good price for package
Occasionally glitchy connection
This package — which gives you a drone, a controller, a camera and FPV goggles for less than $180 — is a near-steal.

Fire a canon, drop a bomb, do tricks with Parrot's latest minidrone
Stable and precise ; Flying BB gun!
Expensive in a crowded market ; Works better with optional Flypad
Everyone will like playing with this and it might be a gateway drug (for some) into the world of drones. At $200 it's affordable. But there are cheaper options available.
Consumer review (very.co.uk)
I bought this little drone kit as a relatively cheap entry into the world of drones and drone racing. I chose this particular kit as it is probably the cheapest you can get that has the "FPV" camera and headset, which is widely used in drone racing and...
Consumer review (very.co.uk)
This is the first drone I've owned, I have bought it after reading all I could on good, bad and indifferent small drones. I have to say I am very happy with my purchase although the price is a bit on the hight side, but I guess you get what you pay for....
