Bought to replace an older smeg model. No surprise to the excellent build quality. Wide range of cycles, cutlery tray on top is a great addition.

Very quiet. Hardly know that the machine is on. Easy loading, with enough space to get dishes in. Cutlery tray at top is a great addition.

Dishes come out wet. Condensation inside meaning having to wipe down after every use.

Some of the setting up instructions could have been clearer as there were various pieces of paper with pictures but not always clearly stating their purpose
